Adopt A Small Animal

Rabbits, Birds & Small Animals

Congratulations on taking the first step towards adoption! We’re committed to matching adopters with pets that are suitable to their situation and needs. Because of this, please be prepared to answer questions about your life, your home, and how you plan to care for your pet. Your answers to these questions will help us match you with the right pet for you. The care of a pet is more than just providing food, water, and shelter – It is a commitment for the lifetime of that animal.

Please note our adoption pages are REAL TIME, so as soon as an animal is adopted, it will “disappear” from the website.

Featured Pet: Doves!

We have 5 doves available for adoption!

Doves are graceful, calm birds that are part of the Columbidae family of birds, along with pigeons. Although there are hundreds of known dove species, diamond doves and ring-necked doves are the two most often kept as pets. They are great for beginner bird owners!

Doves do not screech or squawk like parrots, but they do make a constant “cooing” sound, especially when kept in groups. Some doves can become tolerant of gentle handling over time, while others may prefer hands-off interaction. Pet parents can enjoy watching their dove and listening to their pleasant coo.
