Payment

Full payment is required to confirm registration for services. Registrations are not transferable to another animal.
Please read the description of each class to ensure you and your animal are suited to attend. If you have questions, please contact the individual instructor listed on the website before registering. If you enroll in a class and it is determined that you or your animal do not meet the prerequisites for participation, you will be excused from the class without a refund.

Refunds

Full refunds for single, private training and behavior consultations will be given if the request is received 48 hours before the appointment. No refunds will be given for requests received after the 48-hour deadline. A $30.00 cancellation fee for single, private training and behavior consultations will be deducted from the refund.
Group classes, workshops, training, and behavior packages are non-refundable within 14 days of the event. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. No refunds will be given for requests received after the 14-day deadline. Full refunds will be provided if minimum enrollments are not met.

Sick Policy

If your animal is sick, please do not bring them to class. Animals must be current on all vaccinations and parasite prevention appropriate for the animal’s age and species. Primary vaccinations required include rabies (for dogs & cats 12 weeks and older), distemper and kennel cough/Bordetella for dogs. Please bring proof of vaccination to the first class if not uploaded at the time of registration.
